Our rewards program is our way of thanking you for choosing us as your cloth diapering source!

How does it work?
It's easy! Just create an account (or log in to your existing account) and every purchase you make could earn you points towards a future purchase. You can also earn points by writing reviews and referring your friends (coming soon)!

Can I receive points for past purchases?
Unfortunately, orders placed before the launch of the rewards program are not eligible to receive points.

How many points can I receive?
You will earn 2 points for every dollar you spend (excluding taxes and shipping charges), and 3 points for every product review you submit. On occasion we will have special promotions where you can receive extra points as well.

Can I receive points for purchasing any products in the store?
You are eligible to receive points on everything except gift certificates, sale/clearance or used items.

What is one point worth?
Each point is worth one penny. Although it doesn't seem like much, just think of it as earning 2% of every purchase you make. For example, if you purchase $200 worth of products, you then have $4 that you can use towards a future purchase.

What if I return an item that I received points for?
Upon return of your item(s), we will deduct points from your account based on the number of points that you received based on the purchase. If deducting points would cause your point balance to drop below zero (i.e. you have already used the points), the cash equivalent of the points will be subtracted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that we have the right to deduct points from any customer's account if points were awarded in error. We also have the right to remove points from a user who creates duplicate accounts in order to receive referral points. We have checks in place to ensure that this feature is not abused.
