Caterpillar Baby Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us under the conditions listed below. We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.

  • All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have any odor (e.g. smoke, etc).
  • Clearance and used items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased in a bundle/pack must be returned as a bundle.
  • You must contact us prior to returning your item(s).
  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
  • We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase in order to process a refund or store credit (less any shipping costs that we have incurred).
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.

Please note that fully returned orders will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund, minus any shipping charges that may have been paid when the order was placed.

Addressing Errors

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct! Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied will have both the actual outgoing shipping charges - as well as any return shipping charges that we incur - subtracted from the refund.

Product Defects

Most product defects (sewing defects, delamination, etc.) are typically handled by the manufacturer. Please consult the list below in order to contact the appropriate manufacturer. If the manufacturer is not listed, please contact us directly.
